Hi, my name is Sarah Garzareck, and I am a graduate student in the Mental Health Counseling program at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Texas Lutheran University. My passion for supporting others has led me to work across a wide range of settings and with diverse populations. 

My approach to counseling is rooted in a client-centered framework. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their own strengths. I strive to meet each client where they are and support them in navigating their unique challenges with empathy and authenticity.

Above all, I am deeply committed to helping my clients grow and heal. My goal is to walk alongside each person in their journey, offering compassion, understanding, and evidence-based support as they move toward greater well-being and self-awareness.
