Emma Reeves

Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Supervised by Shirley Nedock LPC-S, In-person & Telehealth

Hello! My name is Emma, and I am a mental health professional completing my graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I know that reaching out for help isn't always easy, and I consider it a privilege to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and encouraged as they begin their journey toward healing and growth.

My approach to counseling is open, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences. I believe that every individual has unique strengths, and I work to meet clients where they are while empowering them to build resilience and achieve their personal goals. When working with clients I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness practices.

I have a particular passion for working with children and adolescents, helping young people navigate emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental challenges while fostering confidence, healthy relationships, and emotional well-being. I have a background working with individuals of all abilities which has strengthened my appreciation for each person's unique experiences, and reinforced my dedication to providing compassionate, individualized care.
