Cost of Services

Our therapeutic services range in price depending on insurance coverage, private pay rates, and sliding scale options. The information below provides transparency about our pricing both with insurance companies and with individuals.

Insurance Rate

All services are submitted to insurance at a rate of $200 per session. If your insurance does not provide coverage, your service will be converted to private pay or sliding scale to reduce the overall cost to you.

Group Counseling

Group counseling rates vary based on the type of group. Current pricing ranges from $20-$40 per group session. We will submit a claim to your insurance by request, but all unpaid balances associated with coverage is your responsibility.

Sliding Scale

A sliding scale option is provided for those whose family/individual income reflects a reduced cost need. Pay stubs and/or bank statements are accepted to determine eligibility. All sliding scale rates are re-evaluated every 6 months. Please email, call, or text for an estimate.

Private Pay by Provider Type

LPC & LMFT - $150

LPC-Associate & LMFT-Associate - $100

Master’s-level Graduate Intern (QMHP) - $60

Care Credit Financing

Options for financing your therapy sessions are now provided through Care Credit. If you would like to pre-pay for a set number of sessions or if you are struggling to cover your balance, please ask us about Care Credit.

Copay estimates are provided upon request but are not a guarantee until claims are processed and returned by insurance. If you choose to use private pay rates or sliding scale rates, you will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate which you can review below.
