I believe that the most effective way to shape and brighten the future of relationships is to work together on actively building meaningful interactions. My counseling approach as an MFT Intern is positive, collaborative, and solution focused. As an MFT Intern I will support the needs of my clients by encouraging hope, promoting personal growth, and exploring relationships to find fulfillment and build a better quality of life in each relationship.
I specialize in marriage and family relationship counseling with a focus on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Couples Therapy (CBCT), Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), and Bowen Theory and Concepts. I look forward to building an alliance with each of my clients enhancing lines of communication and managing conflict.
