Hello! My background in the military has shaped who I am in many ways, teaching me resilience, discipline, and the importance of showing up for others during some of life's most challenging moments. Through those experiences, I've developed a deep understanding of stress, transition, and the weight people can carry silently. That perspective is what led me to counseling—wanting to continue serving others, just in a different and more personal way.

I am passionate about creating a space where people feel safe being themselves, speaking openly, and feeling truly heard. I believe that no one should have to navigate life's challenges alone, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside individuals on their journey. Whether someone is dealing with past experiences, current stress, or simply trying to better understand themselves, my goal is to meet them with empathy, respect, and genuine care.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and centered on building a real connection. I want clients to feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are, no pressure, no judgment. Together, we can explore what's been weighing on you, build on your strengths, and work toward growth in a way that feels meaningful and manageable. You don't have to have it all figured out to start, and you don't have to do it alone.
