Hello! My name is Kiera, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate here at Living Tree. I have the privilege of working with clients of all ages, starting as young as 3 years old. With children, I create a safe and supportive space through person-centered therapy with play therapy techniques that help them express themselves and grow. For teens and adults, I take a more cognitive approach, drawing from CBT and ACT to support their goals and growth.

I know that beginning counseling can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to take that step alone. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering compassion, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way.
