Hi, my name is Michael Figiel, and I am a student counselor at St. Mary’s University, currently completing my clinical internship at Living Tree. I work with individuals, using a psychodynamic framework, integrated with evidence-based approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.

I focus on helping people better understand how past experiences and relationships shape their present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I approach each session with intention and flexibility, meeting you where you are and adapting to your unique needs and goals.
