Hello! I’m Michelle Stephan, a Licensed Professional Counselor with Living Tree. I come to this work with deep gratitude for the people who allow me to walk alongside them. My path has been shaped not only by my training; Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University, but also by my life experience as a wife and mother in a blended family of five adult children, including a son with autism spectrum disorder. These experiences have taught me how tender and complex life can be, and they inspire the compassion I bring to every session.

As a counselor, I’m committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families with warmth, humility, and respect. I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities to tailor each session to your unique needs. My hope is to create a safe, affirming space where clients of all ages can explore their experiences, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful personal growth.
